1. Free Shipping Guidelines

Kaabo EU offers free shipping on all e-scooter orders within the European Union. We currently ship only to EU member states and do not deliver to overseas territories, PO boxes, or APO addresses. Deliveries are primarily fulfilled by local carriers such as DPD, UPS, or GLS, depending on the destination.

2. Delivery Scheduling

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been picked up by the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipment details and tracking number.

Estimated delivery time to your provided address is 2–6 business days. All delivery dates provided by Kaabo EU are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier’s operations.
