  • Before riding your electric scooter, make sure you fully understand its features and functionalities.

    We strongly recommend riding at low speeds until you have completely mastered the riding techniques to ensure your safety.

  • Yes, we highly recommend wearing protective gear while riding your electric scooter. This includes a helmet, knee and elbow pads, and gloves to ensure your safety.

  • Kaabo strongly recommends that only one person rides an e-scooter at a time for safety reasons.

  • Our electric scooters can reach speeds ranging from 25 mph to 65 mph, depending on the model.

  • The weight limit for our e-scooters ranges from 220 lbs to 330 lbs, depending on the model.

ABOUT Shipping

  • At this time, the shipping method cannot be selected. We choose the carrier based on your location to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

  • Normally, we deliver within 2-6 business days，depending on the shipping address.

  • We will ship the scooter as fast as we can. Currently, there is no expedited shipping.

  • A tracking number will be sent through email. It may take 48 hours for the tracking info to update.

Order cancellation

  • If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at support@kaaboeu.com

  • Cancellation before shipment is free. Cancellation after the order has been shipped is subject to the actual cost of round-trip shipping costs, plus 5% restocking fee.

    Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

  • Once we receive your cancellation request and confirm it with you, we will process the refund immediately.

    The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank's processing times.
